The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between social
intelligence, computer anxiety and the ability to take personal
development initiative. A questionnaire was applied to 500 students
studying in the fields of health and social science. Data were analyzed
with SPSS 24 program and 95\% confidence interval was used. In order to
determine the construct validity of the scale confirmatory factor
analysis and were applied to the model of the study explanatory factor
analysis with AMOS 24 program. Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients
were calculated to determine its reliability. Pearson correlation
analysis was performed to determine the relationship between the
variables. The Cronbach Alpha values of the scales are trustable. The
results of the descriptive factor analysis were found to be among the
acceptable and confirmatory factor analysis results. It was found that
there was a significant relationship between the social intelligence and
personal development initiative skills of students who are studying in
the field of health sciences and the social intelligence and computer
anxiety and personal development initiative in the students who are
studying in the social sciences. The level of anxiety was found to be
lower than that of the students in the social sciences. The studies to
increase the level of social intelligence will increase the level of
computer anxiety and ability to take personal development initiative.
